Q: How much does it cost to get a vending machine?
A: Absolutely nothing! All of our vending machines are supplied free on loan. You don’t pay for the machine, installation, or maintenance.

Q: Is there a contract or minimum term?
A: No. We don’t believe in locking customers into long-term contracts. You’re free to cancel at any time—though we’re confident you won’t want to!

Q: Who stocks the machine?
A: We do. Our team will visit regularly to restock the machine with your chosen range of drinks and snacks.

Q: What if the machine breaks down?
A: Just give us a call! We offer fast, local support and aim to fix any issues as quickly as possible—usually within 24–48 hours.

Q: Can we choose what’s in the machine?
A: Absolutely. We’ll work with you to tailor the selection to your staff’s preferences—including healthy or dietary-specific options if needed.​

Q: Do you accept contactless payments?
A: Yes! All our vending machines are fitted with contactless technology offering contactless payments as well as cash payments
